Highlights of 2009-2010 Season

1. Juno Beach Renourishment- The construction is complete in front of our building The Beach looks great! To update yourself further please visit the Juno Beach web site @ www.juno-beach.fl.us.

2. Proof of Insurance- All unit owners need to continue to send in proof in insurance when their insurance renews. Please contact your insurance company to send a Certificate of Insurance to the office to keep on file.

3. 2010 Directory- The new Directory was mailed the first week of March.

4. 2010 Coupons- The new coupons for the 2010 quarterly assessments was also mailed in March.

5. Parking Spaces- Please remember to obtain permission to use another parking space. Make sure the owner that gives you permission also notifies the office.

6. Hurricane Preparedness (emergency plan)- This was mailed to all the owners on May 22, 2008 and it was voted in as a Rule at the Board of Directors meeting on June 5, 2008.

7. Non-Paying Guests - There is a new form for Owners to complete, you must make sure it is turned into the office 14 days prior to your guest arriving for Board Approval. Owners acknowledgement form must be

notarized.

Owners please make sure your paperwork is submitted to the office for Board approval PRIOR to any remodeling or moving furniture in your unit. All Contractors should sign in at the office when working in the building. Also, please make sure you complete the Non-Paying Guest form and submit it to the office PRIOR to your guest arriving.

** IF YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE ASSOCIATION OFFICE WITH YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS PLEASE DO SO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS IS A VERY EFFECTIVE WAY FOR ALL OWNERS TO KEEP UPDATED ON THE CURRENT EVENTS AT THE TOWER.***
